WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Customer's shipping information: All customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Customers have 12 hours to contact Q’ute N Private via email at qutenprivate@gmail.com to update or correct shipping information. Q’ute N Private is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address. No product replacements for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Billing/Shipping: Items can only be shipped to the verified billing address. However, if you need your package to be ship to a different address, you need to email Q’ute N Private at qutenprivate@gmail.com stating you give authorization to ship your package to a different address. A photo ID matching the verified billing address must be included in the email. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY THIS INFORMATION, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages: Q’ute N Private is not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages lost or misdelivered by (USPS) or other shippers. Customers should contact their local post office for all delivery matters once the package has been shipped by Q’ute N Private.
